Terms of use
The deal in plain words: what Scoreberry gives you, what the paid plan costs, how to stop paying, and the few things we ask of you in return. Nothing below is written to be skipped.

Who can use it
Scoreberry is for students in the United States who are 13 or older. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's permission - and only someone 18 or older can ever be asked to pay for it.
An account belongs to one person. Keep your password to yourself: your answers are what every number in the app is built from, so an account two people share stops measuring either of them.
What the free plan includes
The free plan never expires and never needs a card. It is a real plan, not a demo:
- The full diagnostic and everything it tells you
- Ten practice questions a day, with full explanations
- The review queue, the dashboard, and your streak
- Mastery by domain, and your whole history
Whatever you have already done stays visible forever, on any plan. Past attempts, past scores and past reports are yours. If a paid subscription ends, you can do less - you never see less.
What Premium costs, and how it renews
Premium is $19.00 a month, in US dollars. It renews on its own every month until you cancel it, and the amount charged each time is the same $19.00. You will see the price and the date of the next charge on the screen before you enter a card, and again in the receipt afterward.
Only a payer aged 18 or older may subscribe. If your account says you are under 18, we will never ask you for a card - you will be offered the invite code that lets a parent join and subscribe for you instead.
Cancelling
Cancel from your account settings. It is one button, it takes effect straight away, and the screen tells you the exact date your Premium access ends - which is the end of the term you have already paid for. There is no survey, no offer, no phone call and no "are you sure" chain, because none of those things are for you.
Cancelling stops the next charge. It never hides work you have already done.
Refunds
We do not automatically refund a term that has already started - cancelling stops the renewal rather than reversing the charge you are inside. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or paid for something that was broken, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. That is a promise a person keeps, not a form you have to find.
What we ask of you
- Use the questions to study, not to republish. They are written for this app and they stay in it.
- No scraping, bulk downloading, or reselling anything here.
- No trying to reach another person's account or another student's work.
- Tell us if you find a question that is wrong or unfair - “Report a problem with this question” sits under every explanation.
If an account is used to do one of the first three, we can close it. We will say why.
What we cannot promise
Not a score. No study tool can promise one, and any that does is selling you something. What this app can do is measure what you know and show you the working - how we measure progress says exactly how, including where each number stops being reliable.
We also cannot promise the site is never down or never wrong. When we get something wrong, we would rather hear about it than have you work around it.
If these terms change
The date at the top of this page changes with them. A change to the price or to the renewal interval never applies to a term you have already paid for.
Reaching a person
Write to support@scoreberry.study. A person reads it, and we answer questions about this page as readily as questions about a math problem.
